Shannon Stockton has been in the D.C. area since 1998. She has worked in a variety of industries over those years – White House intern, Capitol Hill staffer, local government, educational organizations and associations. She has experience in government relations, fundraising and association management.

Shannon works with the CBA team on a variety of projects, including survey design, analysis, social media marketing and product sales.

Shannon has a B.A. in Politics with a minor in Sociology from Wake Forest University and an M.P.P. (Master of Public Policy) from George Mason University. In 2012, she received a Certificate in Principles of Marketing Research from the Continuing Education Program at The University of Georgia. Shannon is a member of the Marketing Research Association and has a Professional Researcher Certification (PRC).  She resides with her husband and daughters in Fairfax, Virginia.

In her spare time, Shannon volunteers with the Junior League of Northern Virginia and the Girl Scout Council of the Nation’s Capital.
